I've always been impressed with those people who can seemingly eat whatever they want and still not put on a pound. With me, it's always been the TOTAL opposite whereby if I even LOOK at a juicy hamburger, my waistline expands... It was a real problem for me until I discovered that it wasn't anything to do with my metabolism, how much exercise I was doing or even what fad diet I was on. What helped me burn up ALL of my belly fat was to eat foods which encouraged my body to release fat burning hormones instead of fat storing hormones.
