How Much Should I Weigh?

Now there's a question! I'll be honest with you - there isn't a simple answer. I know that, because I used to ask myself the same thing. There are many variables involved, and every person is different. Your build, your fitness, your metabolism, and most important your own personal feelings - they all play a part in determining your ideal weight. Let's look at a couple of these in more detail, before we find out how you can determine your "ideal weight", and look at some of the ways you can change your weight.
