Dance Yourself Thin

Most of the traditional methods of cardiovascular exercise tend to be effective, but boring. Running, biking, swimming... yes these will all cause you to lose weight, but who wants to run ½ an hour a day four times a week? Well, the good news is there are many nontraditional forms of cardio that can be just as effective and a lot more fun than traditional cardio, and one of my favorites is social dancing. There are just a few things to keep in mind if you want to dance yourself thin.
