Losing weight and keeping it off is the most challenging part of dieting. It's easy to lose weight quickly, crash dieting is an example of that, but often we sacrifice our health for the sake of looking better. What's even worse is that we only lose the weight until we finally eat again (which is kind of necessary) and then it seems to come back faster than before. My goal was to lose 15 pounds fast (as fast as possible) without giving up my health, this article is about how I did it.
