For a lot of people who are attempting to lose weight this is not their first attempt. In fact, this is probably not even their first attempt this year. It's true, most people who are overweight generally find that the usual diet plans don't work for them. They find that, instead of lose pounds in days, they lose pounds in weeks and then it comes back. It would be bad enough if this happened only once, but often this happens over and over again. No wonder people give up on losing weight.
