The desire to reduce belly fat is strong in many people. After all, it doesn't feel good and we often feel unattractive with the fat around our tummy. When we put clothes on we're reminded of this fat, when we look in the mirror we can see it staring back at us. Like most people you may well have tried doing lots of ab crunches to get that flatter stomach. Only that doesn't seem to have worked for you either.
