The Weight Loss Equation

So many people are unhappy with their weight, and so many people are looking for some way to cut off some of their excess body fat. There are many more bad ways to do this than there are good ones. We all know that crash diets do not work. We all know that diet pills (mostly) do not work. We all know that exercise programs that promise 3 minutes of work per day do not work. So what DOES work?
