If you have read my article on 'The Law of Attraction and Its Benefits' you will understand that the social-environmental factors and the things that we attract in our life are reflect ant of what we are today. If we just concentrated on using more commonsense and rational thinking, then we would be more receptive and understanding better about the underlying factors and necessary questions we really should be asking 'The Why questions before using the How Answers'.

Getting the Abs You Always Wanted
I'm going to share with you the ways of getting the abs you always wanted. We all dream of having them. I even dreamed of them in high school. I'd get up early each morning and do situps until I was red in the face. Never happened though. The reason was simple, I didn't know how. There is a lot of misinformation out there, mainly from infomercials and people think they can do situps to get the abs of their dreams, but that is completely false. I found taking information from bodybuilders served to be more accurate and based on science.

Trade Your Diet For a Weight Loss Cure!
I am pushing 60 years old, been on a diet most of my adult life and have been over weight the entire time. I tried the Low Cal, Low Fat, Low Carb, the Zone Diets with little or no success. I even did the Optifast program where I don't eat for 3 months (I did lose about 60 pounds) but soon as I started eating my low fat diet the weight came right back. As I am getting older the excess weight is taking its toll on me and adversely affecting my health. I even have type 2 Diabetes now and faced with blindness, amputations, liver and kidney failure.
