How I Lost 31 Pounds and Counting - Part One
I am down 31 pounds, and three waist sizes (almost 4) in just over four months. Or, to put it another way I have lost the equivalent of four gallons of milk. Try carrying four gallons of milk around all day. It gets heavy fast.
